About · who we are, what we believe

    Built in Ahmedabad.
    For the businesses here.

A small software company that takes the boring parts seriously. Two products are live and running — a clinic operating system and a console for software studios — and custom builds sit on the same foundation. We are early, and the founders still answer every email.

Toast built the operating system for restaurants. ServiceTitan did it for home services. We are building it for the clinics and studios that Indian software has mostly ignored.

The Xwits engineering workspace in Ahmedabad

    A simple belief.

Xwits started in 2025 on one observation: most business software is built by people who have never had to explain a missing invoice number to an accountant. It is designed for software companies, not for the clinic, the studio, the coaching class or the corner shop.

Go deeper: What is an AI-native company?

    How we work.

Three principles, repeated until they became habits — and visible in the software if you look.

    P·01

    Build the boring parts properly.

Login, payments, scheduling, notifications, tax. The unglamorous middle of every product, and the part that decides whether it can be trusted on a bad day. Most of our engineering goes here, and most of what we are proud of is invisible.

    P·02

Put the rules where they cannot be argued with.

A bed that cannot be double-booked, an invoice series that cannot skip a number, a review nobody can write about themselves — these are constraints in the database, not validations in a screen. A rule in code lasts until somebody adds a second code path; a rule in the schema outlives the person who wrote it.

    P·03

Stay close enough to be corrected.

On custom work an engineer of ours embeds with your team — on your calls, in your channel. On products, the person who scopes it is reachable after it ships. Being wrong is fine and normal; being wrong for six months because nobody could reach us is not.

"I started Xwits with one belief: most software is built for software companies, not for the businesses that actually employ people. The salon, the clinic, the coaching class, the corner shop — these are where most of the world economy lives. We are building the AI operating layer for the next million of them to come online."

Deep is a co-founder and director of Xwits Developers. Before Xwits, he worked at the intersection of AI research and software engineering, with a particular focus on how autonomous agents can change the economics of building software.

He is based in Ahmedabad and reads every customer email personally. He is happiest when a customer ships something they could not have shipped without us, and least happy when anyone waits more than 24 hours for a reply.
