What comes with it, whatever the shape.
Not an enterprise tier. These are properties of the software, so every customer has them.
Hosted in India
Your data sits in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1). One region, stated plainly — we would rather say where it is than offer a choice we do not operate.
One business cannot see another
Enforced three times: a marker on every row, a query layer that refuses to run without knowing whose data it is, and row-level security in Postgres underneath both.
Nothing acts unsupervised
Anything reaching a customer or moving money waits for a person — the first time, every time, by class of action rather than by feature name.
Every action is on the record
An audit trail written whether or not anybody asks for it, and where a model drafts text, what it cost and what it was asked is recorded too.
Payments settle to you
Collect through your own Razorpay account. The money never passes through us, which is deliberate — we are not a payment aggregator and do not want to be.
No lock-in
Export your data whenever you like. On custom builds you own the code outright.

For products, we size it to your locations and volume. For custom, a forward-deployed engineer runs a short paid discovery and writes the spec.
Fixed quote.
A fixed fee. Usually within a day for the products, and at the end of discovery for a custom build. It does not move afterwards.
