How do we know your systems won't break and embarrass our agency?
Every system is built with fail-safes and human-in-the-loop controls. If an outside API errors or an unusual request comes in, the system stops acting on its own, flags an escalation and alerts the team, rather than sending a broken message. And we fix our own mistakes at our cost, telling you first, before your client notices.
Can we white-label the dashboard?
Yes. If your clients prefer one screen to see and approve the AI's work rather than working inside their CRM, we set up a private dashboard under your brand and your own subdomain.
How quickly can you start a project for our clients?
Once discovery is signed off, standard workflows take 2 to 3 weeks. Full custom software builds take 4 to 8 weeks. We send a fixed wholesale quote within 2 working days of your brief.
How do we get started?
Book an agency partner call. We review your current client list, share white-label audit templates and set up your wholesale partner agreement, with a mutual NDA and non-solicit signed before you share any client details.
Will you ever approach our clients?
No. We sign a non-solicit as well as an NDA, and we never contact a client unless you ask us to.
