About the check.
How is this calculated?
Revenue at risk = inquiries missed or late each week × 4.3 weeks × the share that would have booked × what a customer is worth. Admin cost = admin hours each week × 4.3 × the hourly cost. Payback assumes AI fixes half of the total, a deliberately cautious figure, against one $2,500 workflow, and ignores running costs, which are usually small next to the fee. The answer: under $500 a month is "Not yet"; $500 to $5,000 is "A little"; $5,000 to $20,000 is "A fair amount"; over $20,000 is "A lot".
Is my data stored or sent anywhere?
No. The calculation runs in your browser. Nothing is sent unless you choose to email yourself the result.
Why does it ask for my guesses?
Because your numbers are better than any benchmark we could quote. A rough guess you believe is more useful than an industry average you don't.
What does "if AI fixed half of it" mean?
It is a deliberately cautious illustration, not a promise. No automation catches every missed call or saves every hour. The audit replaces this guess with a measured figure.
What if my result is "Not yet"?
Then the honest advice is not to spend money on AI yet. Fix the basics first, like a booking link on every page and one shared inbox for inquiries, and check again when you grow.
