Do we need to change our software?
Usually not. If your tools have an API or a reliable export, we can usually connect to them. We confirm what your systems allow before we quote, never after.
What does it cost to run each month?
It depends on volume: call minutes, number of messages, amount of AI usage. We estimate it in the quote and pass it through at cost, so there's no markup hiding in it.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
It will, sometimes. That's why anything that matters waits for a person and every action is logged. When something goes wrong we can see exactly what happened and change the rule that allowed it.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Accounts are in your name, and you get the configuration and code at handover. If you stop working with us, it keeps running.
