Do you charge by the hour?
No. Hourly billing rewards slow work. Every project has a fixed price agreed in writing before we start. If an automation needs extra debugging to get right, that cost is on us.
Can we stop at any point?
Yes. Each step is a fixed piece of work with its own deliverables, so you can stop after any of them and keep what you have paid for.
Will we always talk to the same people?
Yes. The engineers who scope your work are the ones who build it, and you reach them directly in a shared Slack or WhatsApp channel.
When does the AI start working on its own?
Every new system starts in draft mode: the AI drafts, and your team approves with one tap. Replies made only of wording you approved in advance, such as a greeting or your opening hours, can go out at once from day one. We recommend full autopilot only after 30 days in a row without a correction, and the switch is always yours.
