No. Everything we build works without it, and you own it. The retainer is for businesses that want someone accountable for keeping it good. It is never a kill switch.
What counts as a small change, and what is a new project?
Changing what the AI says or knows, or adjusting a step, is a small change. A new workflow, or a new connection to another system, is a new project with its own fixed quote.
How fast do you respond when something breaks?
Within one working day, and inside our overlap hours with you when it's urgent. Every automation also has a fallback: if it fails, the job goes to a person, not into a void.
Can you look after automations someone else built?
Often, yes. We review them first and tell you honestly whether they are worth keeping.
